It is so wonderful to be able to spend time together with family, friends and colleagues. And today was one of those days. It was the Mugen Kai special practice event which comprised of adults and children all working as a team, communicating and heping each other. It’s not always possible to mix adults with children in Karate but with the event specially organized by Yamaguchi-sensei, we could all experience a enjoying and learning session. The session was made up of basic form, technique and sparring to which all tried hard and performed so well. We all walked away very satisfied with today’s event and truly hope we experience it again. As always, we thank Yamaguchi-sensei for arranging a great lesson for us. It was valuable, memorable and extremely enjoyable.
